1973

Acquisition of the Embu-Guaçu Unit (SP)

1980

Start of activities as the National Pharmaceutical Chemical Union

1983

Start of activities at the printing plant in São Paulo (SP)

1998

Acquisition of the Searle line, highlighting the Vodol® brand Leader in the antifungal market

2000

  • Acquisition of the Agener veterinary laboratory
  • Breeding Animal Health Division
  • Start of operations in Pouso Alegre (MG)

2003

Acquisition of Genom Laboratory, creation of Medical Prescription Division

2006

Start of activities at the Brasília (DF) factory

2007

Acquisition of Bio Macro Laboratory

2010

Acquisition of Tecnopec Laboratory. Agener enters the Animal Reproduction market

2012

  • Acquisition of Bthek Biotechnology – Brasília DF
  • Creation of the company Bionovis, focused on biotechnology, in partnership with 3 other large pharmaceutical companies

Acquisition of the Novartis industrial complex in Taboão da Serra (SP), which was renamed Anovis

2017

Acquisition of the Zoetis industrial complex in Guarulhos SP, now called Inovat

2018

Opening of the logistics center and printing plant in Pouso Alegre (MG)

2018

Acquisition of Elanco's (Eli Lilly) biotechnology plant in Georgia (United States), renamed Union Agener

2020

Acquisition of the Neocopan® brand

2021

Acquisition of the Laboratil manufacturing plant

Launch of the Program with the goal of planting 1 million native trees within 5 years

Acquisition of the Slow-K, Xantinon® and Xantinon Complex® brands, market leader in hepatoprotectors

Acquisition of the Bayer industrial complex – São Paulo SP Leadership in oral contraceptives in Latin America, highlighting the brands Ciclo 21® and Microvlar®
