International Chemical Union Manufacturing Unit, São Paulo – SP

The manufacturing plant acquired from Bayer, located in São Paulo, is the newest unit of the União Química Group.

This new União Química unit has local and international GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certifications and ISOs 14001 (Environment) and 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).

Its equipment is state-of-the-art and innovative and enables the safe, sustainable and efficient production of more than 70 million blisters of hormonal products per year, such as contraceptives and female and male hormone replacement medications, which are sent to more than 30 countries, including Argentina, Mexico and Colombia in South America, as well as some Asian countries, such as Thailand and the Philippines, thus reinforcing its international expansion strategy.
